Please allow up to 3 working days for us to package and send out your pieces. Orders placed on weekends will be shipped within 3 working days from Monday. Our pre-order pieces are handmade after the order has been placed, so please allow up to 2 weeks for shipping. This gives us enough time to ensure that every order is made to a high-quality standard. All national orders are shipped via ROYAL MAIL, while international orders are shipped via ROYAL MAIL or DHL. Each order is tracked so you can follow the journey of your package.

For hygiene reasons, we cannot offer any refunds or exchanges on any Abayas. However, at BY|MB, we take extra care in handling each one of our Abayas before shipment. We conduct a thorough inspection to ensure that all orders meet our quality standards. We do not ship any orders until they have passed our inspection, which guarantees that we are only sending the highest quality of goods.
