Shipping policy

When ordering our ready to wear pieces, please allow up to 3 working days for your order to be packaged and sent out. Any orders placed on the weekend will be shipped within 3 working days from Monday.  

Pre order pieces are handmade after the order has been placed, therefore please allow up to 2 weeks for your order to be shipped. This gives us enough time to ensure all orders are made to our high-quality standards. 

All national orders are shipped via ROYAL MAIL and all International orders will be shipped via ROYAL MAIL or DHL. All orders will be sent tracked allowing you to follow the journey of your custom made piece.
